At OGA, we address both interior and exterior from the outset. First, we listen, research, and reflect. Then we draw, paint and model. We may start with an atmospheric, interior illustration, then zoom out to a site layout. We develop both together, and where they meet is always personal, appropriate and unique.

We understand budgets and timelines, and know the ropes with planning and construction. We take leadership when it’s needed and let go when we should. With OGA, you’re in good hands.

OGA principal Oliver Grimshaw is a British architect based in Berlin. In fifteen-years of architectural chartership, Oliver has worked in hotel design and high-end residential, both on small-scale, bespoke projects and highly-scaled enterprises. Recently he has become involved in projects involving listed (protected) buildings, and work in UK conservation areas and in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. He delivers thoughtful, contemporary vernacular buildings with special interiors.

Oliver holds a BSc and M(Arch) in Architecture from the University of Bath and a Diploma in Architectural Practice from the University of Westminster.

Previously Oliver worked at HKS Architects, Hallmark Estates in London, and Hanse Haus in Germany. His projects have included hotels in Morocco, office complexes in Washington and co-living concepts in London.

Oliver advises the British government on new housing strategies, and acts as a mentor. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and is on the Architect’s Register with the Architect’s Registration Board.

OGA Associate Architect Andreas Boden is a German architect based in Berlin.

Andreas studied in Darmstadt, Germany and Madrid, Spain, and has worked in Berlin and Frankfurt both in collaboration and alone on conversion, renovation and new-build projects.

A member of the Spanish Chamber of Architects (COAM), Andreas has completed many projects in Madrid, Mallorca and Granada. Active also in Italy and Romania, Andreas has realized many projects internationally, for foreign investors.
